Thanks MP.
My plans are a quick parkrun on Saturday, sub-21. Then very little next week.
Welcome feedback on that approach or others sharing their taper.

FR you're a lot more experienced that I am, but to say what I did at berlin, which I think I'll repeat in the future as I felt great on the day
Sat before 5 miles @ pmp Sun before 10 miles slow Week before 15 miles spread over 4 runs, or you might describe it more accurately as, not very much! Stay safe this week!

Thanks MP for that information, very useful.
20:07 today for the Cambridge parkrun.
May have a little leg stretch tomorrow but it won't be anywhere near 10 miles.

Well done LR, you smashed 3:30 there, almost into sub 3:15. That's clearly your next target. Or like Smout says, on to sub 3! :-)G
