Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Looks like I came past you when I was enjoying the wind on our backs! Very happy with 19:14, though not sure I'll be taking a minute off that in four weeks time at Kingsley.

Son finally cracked 17 for a parkrun today, nice to have been there for that (16:59!).

Great work! You can do it. The Town Moor might be flat but it's bloody hard work in that wind and horrible gravel paths.

Steady 22:13 at parkrun. Hamstring still not right but definitely on the mend. I've lost a lot of fitness though.

Are we still doing 5km challenge. Fastest this month is the 21:31 at Victoria Dock- always surprised how much easier a flat run is.for less effort 40 seconds faster than my local.

I need to update the spreadsheet later. My first time this year under my scratch time, so my enthusiasm is good :-)

Family commitments mean my planned April parkrun is not happening next week. I think I can make one for the plan the following week which is two weeks out from London so should be ok.

So with a perfect weather forecast, a confidence boosting midweek session, and the new super-shoes - what pace you thinking of heading out at tomorrow Baz ? ;-)

Good question Gus, never given it a thought all week ;-)

My PB and 2nd fastest were 6:23mm pace on the Garmin and Alloa measured a wee bit long. I am thinking 6:20mm-6:25mm to the long straight flat and see how things are there and either push on or consolidate. Or blow up !!!)
