Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

TMW,
Thankyou for your comments.
I will see how things go. I am hoping to put in the miles over the winter and I will re-assess the target in the new year. Ideally, I would like to do more mileage and join a local club, but, given, in particular, family commitments this isn't really possible at the moment (perhaps in a couple of years time!).

3:33 - nightmare headwind especially on the final lap and some challenging undulations so not a day for a fast time. Announcer said I was 8th woman as I crossed the line though, so overall well pleased :)

And 360... Running with the 3:15 people at FLM makes for a reasonable race!
I was in pen 2 in 2006, and running at race pace as I crossed the line.. never got held up... and ran 3:16 when the most I was hoping for was 3:20.

Well raced Katie!

8th lady! well done Katie, imagine if you were 8th at flm, you'd get on the telly.
