AJLB Oct 2022 4:03pm, 20 Oct 2022 325 posts	0 AJLB Well, sub-45, but a horrible race at Chester for me. The final hills bullied my hamstrings and I slowed right down post mile 20. 2.39 and an age group win, so can't be too sad, but wondering if age has finally wiped out my 2.35 dream...
