Well, sub-45, but a horrible race at Chester for me. The final hills bullied my hamstrings and I slowed right down post mile 20. 2.39 and an age group win, so can't be too sad, but wondering if age has finally wiped out my 2.35 dream...

Just brushing away the cobwebs here, or possibly talking to myself... Anyway, PB at Manchester today, 2.35.34.

Well - I’m impressed AJLB. Great running!

PB is a PB. When you said 2:35 dream before - was that sub-2:35 or are you well pleased?

Thanks Miser, it begins with a 35 so I'll take that, especially on this side of 50. Of course, I'm now thinking 34 or even 33 might be doable...
