Good work on the XC's.

Brutal10 at Greenham Common on Saturday for me, 2nd place by 1 second, short legs through last water feature before finish line cost me, but 1st in vet age category, good mix of water and mud to waist deep.

Sunday steady long run of just over 16 miles to bring me up to 76.5 miles for the week, happy with that after the previous weekends half marathon PB, leaving me with 19 miles today and tomorrow to hit 300 miles in a month for the first time.

News just in. After 52 years of continuous running Ron Hill has today taken a rest day.

By coincidence I took one on Friday.

Yep he's having heart issues :-( He only managed 103 sub 2:45's in that time :-o

Are we getting a 2017 sidebar ?

Nice one on XC jock :-)

Gobi
humble apologies

No marathons for me

Paced 36.40 at Stubby 10km and 1.29.32 at Farnborough half, lots of aspirational sub 3 runners

I'm pacing around 1.21 at Wokingham

Good luck all
