Gobi Feb 2017 10:44am, 1 Feb 2017 59,902 posts	0 Gobi Volume at a controlled easy effort improves the aerobic engine and allows you to do more volume with that comes better recovery around efforts allowing for better quality speed work and recovery. The easy running also helps muscle memory strengthen tendons etc . Which can help ward off injury.
