Wow, impressive mileage. I'm on 253, aiming to hit 300 for the first time in a month.

Good luck with your races this weekend everyone, I'm at the Brutal10 event on Greenham Common, 10k option, 2 laps of 5k, approx. 7km of fast running and the rest in and out of water, bogs and a few inclines, should be fun.

Great work chaps. I'm on 312, looking to do around 350 in both February and March before cutting back before London.

I looked at my mileage and was impressed with my 367 for January, until I realised it was kilometers, but 228 still OK for me. Had a few days off with a cold.

Amazing mileage fromantic Jase et al.

Scottish Masters XC tomorrow for me, in the lovely city of Dundee!

Well the Northerns was one for the XC connoisseur - I've never seen mud quite so deep, sticky and relentless. Any sort of running was a struggle. 6 minute miling was enough to get you a medal. More like 7mm for me and 118th overall. With both senior teams 14th it was a good day out. Safari Park is a surreal venue. Bumped into a huge moose on the warm up.

Bob, weather was pretty horrid for the Scottish Masters XC in Dundee on Saturday, but underfoot was not as bad as yours, just muddy in places. 8km in just under 30mins, 2min behind the winner. 29th for me which was just OK, I'm seriously lacking speed at the moment.

But had nice 23mi LR on Sunday with 10mi a MP.

Well done lads. The Southerns at Parliament Hill was a (comparative) joy. It was the driest most people could remember, although there was still a decent amount of mud in places and the hills are still tough!

In 2014 I ran well over an hour for 435th, on Saturday I did 53 mins finishing 58th, very pleased.

Lovely Sunday run, got the best of the day. Decent easy 16 miler watching the sun come up.

I've got something completely different this week, indoor track open meeting 3000m at Lee Valley, should be fun.

Congratulations jock and well done to the xc lads.

No racing for me. Trudged out a 20 miler this weekend in the rain. Hard work at the end. Hopefully these will start to get easier before too long.
