I like going downhill as long as it’s not too steep😀

LOL! I had a good 3.5 mile run today...it was done in the same time as yesterday. Slightly different route as I cheated and had a couple nice little downhill bits this morning.

Your knees would hate a hill on the Basingstoke half...called Big Dipper...it was too steep a descent for my legs and in those days I could run down hills (on paved roads) fairly well. I don't do fell running...my ankles would self-destruct!!!

I'm not very sure-footed and quite nervous running downhill I made an effort on a half-marathon distance on our final weekend in the campervan for the year - couldn't maintain race pace but gave me some confidence for when racing returns

I used to be fairly good at running downhill on paved roads, but uneven ground would be asking for trouble.
