dobbers wrote: As a recent retiree I have in the first month: spent 3 weeks in Malaysia, walked 16 miles in the glorious sunshine yesterday with one of my boys, tackled all sorts of jobs around the house, chosen when I want to go and do a run, generally ambled to the shops and back without a care in the world. I have not thought about the work I once did at all and don't miss it. Who knew retirement is so busy with not enough hours in the day to do all the things and a calendar quickly filling up with activities. That's a great start to a life of retirement, @dobbers ! |
