Just read our retirement policy and there is a stepdown policy available to those 55 and over. You can take this up to twice (involves a flexible working request, i.e. you must reduce your working hours, and you can also draw a small amount of the pension). 4 months notice is required for full retirement in order to allow the pension to be calculated.

You can do a draw down or tax free lump sum at any time over 55 years old, can't you Bazo? Though you might lose out by doing so? G

Try again …I know TRO will have his training by gobi and Ness plans properly weeks at a time but what about the rest? Do you just wake up and see or are failing things and training planned? After all these years of work structure I’m wondering |

Nah. My db and dc are tied together and can’t be touched while still at that employer. Different if I had left and I could access any time from 50.

I know when my son is away my days are difficult as I have grandson duties but other than that I usually have run days, gym days and coffee catch up days.

My 45 day consultation period has ended (yesterday) In a meeting this morning we were informed wave 1 redundancies will be as early as October through to end of November. Selection programme of who is in what wave next to be done. 4 waves in total are their plans at the moment. Becoming very real now……
