Exactly, GM. I'm preparing for Chester Metric Marathon at the moment but soon after it will be having a week on Ibiza to recover! 😉 And early next year we're going to Gran Canaria for a month to escape the winter weather. 😁

Heading SE to Hayle or SW ?
From my experience the bit from Hayle to Lelant isn't worth it, unless ticking a box for completion. All next to a busy road and (fairly smelly) mud.
The sand dunes eithe side of the estuary are good though!

So the outcome of my meeting is that I have until Tuesday to submit an expression of interest for the job they want me to do, I will then have a chat and the job will be mine, the transition period will be until end of year, in that time I will mostly carry on doing what I am doing now, this is an utter waste of everyone’s time as I will be resigning the end of November anyway, if I don’t jump through that particular hoop it will mean resigning now…..

It’s the little things. I’ve been invited to a coffee morning on Sunday. I’m going. If I were still working I’d be too het up about losing a chunk of the weekend and it being nearly Monday again.

I think I've just moved up to 8 loyalty cards for coffee shops in the area :)
Have a ticket for the women's cricket International today, but the weather's put a spanner in the works there - did my long run instead!
