My bladder wakes me up around 3am-4am almost every night. I would say about 80% I struggle to get back to sleep. Last night was one such night.

Often wake for a wee, always get back to sleep after.

Garmin usually gives me c2 hours deep sleeps night, not sure if that’s accurate or good/average.

I don’t believe the garmin sleep assessment, it tells me I’m asleep when I’m just being lazy :-)

I’m liking this retirement malarkey, cracking weather forecast, so off to the hills I went. Will be even better when the mrs joins me. Although after logging in today she did 😀
