Not true for me, I feel I rarely get enough sleep, mostly only 6ish hours, I need more.

According to my Garmin I get seven and a quarter hours sleep per night on average. Think that is significantly more than when I was still working.

To be honest, I never use an alarm. Apart from last Saturday when I needed to be up at 4:30 am ;-)

I’m always up early, rarely have a ‘no alarm’ day or laze away in bed. 2/3 training sessions a day need fitting in along with a stack of other exciting activities.

My life is fuller than ever, just packed with good things I want to do rather than have to do.

My theory is they’ll be a lot of time for lazing about, but not much longer for this lifestyle.

8 hrs min for me aged 54. I like my sleep. Usually up by 7 but in bed early. :-) G
