5th session this week as per the book's plan. Feeling strong. lets just hope gives me a second or two extra at next Sunday's marathon. every little helps right?

Ah, finally off the mark for April. 7 sh*t miles yesterday and 7 quality miles today. I pushed myself really hard this morning, so hard i was almost physically sick - That's a good thing right??

The only good thing about trying and failing to pace someone to a 10k PB is another hour and a bit on my training total. I should just be happy to be running the distance I know.
