Done first week whilst on hols - how far down are you supposed to go? End of nose on floor? Halfway down and back again??

In the animation the blokes chin is on the ground but ...... Remember, the main aim of the hundred push ups program is to improve your strength, fitness and general health. It really doesn't matter what style of push up you perform as long as you continue to make progress and keep challenging yourself. Give the 6-week program a chance and I know you'll be amazed at your new found strength. Good luck!

I'm in. I can only do 25 in one go. I was able to do 60 in 60 seconds 10 years ago.

Struggling with shoulder seemed to doo better when I moved my hands in a bit.
So ...no point moving on ...so ill be doing week one again
