Day 3 wk 1

15, 13, 10, 10 & 25. I think the 2min rest between sets was too long I had to go make a cup of coffee to fill the time. Roll on next week :-)

Hmmm I think im going to be with you BB ....got day 3 to do today, I never managed day two proper so will see if that was because I did them after the pub at 1130pm :-). If I dont manage day 3 proper will retake the week.

I'm doing the middle column and girl (knee) ones only.

Anyway, just did week 2, day 3... I'm going to do the second test on Sunday.

I think I may be in front, plan-wise. I started on the day that Boingy blogged it, and even he didn't start that day!

Is anyone else at the end of week 2?

15:13:10:10 : 17 (max). Started hurting a lot when I got to the "10" 3rd rep. Roll on the weekend.
