ok - W2 D2 for me today: 12-12-10-10-15 the first 4 sets went very well. I was aiming at 20 for the last one but my emlbow started to hurt and my arms to shake a little....15 is good

I failed Week 1 Day 2 last night.
I managed 12 12 10 8 9, but it should've been at least 12 12 10 10 10
I'll re-do it tomorrow and see how I get on. They seem to ramp up the reps quite quickly though.

Arse, i didn't get home from work until ten last night and was so tired i went straight to bed, no dinner nuffink.
So i missed week 1 day 2 - it doesn't look too promisiung does it
I will do them tonight though - bring it on.

I missed week 1 day 2 as well but shall try tonight. Reps do seem to build up quite quickly but shall give it a go and see what goes.

have just done week1 day 2. 9-8-6-5-and finished on 13 yahoo still aching from first day, my lats seem to be aching as much as pecs, triceps not much yet, i must be doing arms bit wide so will try bit closer to catch the arms more saturday!

Oh dear God, just done week 1 day 2, and am absolutely done in - i think my power to weight ratio must be rubbish
Anyway managed the minimum for my level. Looking forward to my rest day tomorrow
