Well my planned 3.94 mile run today worked to perfection, and I am in the West Gatehouse for the night. Now to lower the portcullis on the East Gateway and keep the rest of you away. You shall not pass.

I was wondering why the 5th mile of my run today was very quick - I was coming down the hill approaching Pontypridd!
However, I'm not looking forward to the 2nd and 3rd miles of my next run when I have to rise 160m leaving Pontypridd. :-p
