I’m hoping to be done in the next 2 weeks or so. I can’t quite believe how far I’ve come in this challenge. I hardly run at all as I’m finding running really hard. I’m lucky if I run a couple of miles a week at the moment. Most of this challenge has been done at a snails pace whilst walking the dog. It’s been a good focus for me whilst running has been hard, and amazing how little 1-2 mile dog walks mount up alongside a couple of walks to work a week. I typically walk around 25 miles a week at the moment and sometimes more.
