I'm not timing my runs very well, I've managed to run past three castles so far. Still, nice to get another badge.

I wasn't sure if after passing Shrewsbury Castle Sush had idea's of moving a bit further today but I've put my foot down and insisted we're putting the tent up and staying here for the rest of the day...the pub being here is purely coincidental 😇

My bridge was so comfortable I appear to have spent all afternoon sleeping under it instead of going for a walk! :-( it was a nice sleep but hasn't moved me along the road.
