It was a cracking ride tonight. James decided we should start training for Mayhem so we did several different types of climbs... b*stard but it was good... in a burning quads type of way...

Excellent! We're out on Friday night, twentyfour12 training and introducing our newest team member to riding off road after dark. Its not especially technical riding but we're gonna have some weather!

Night training with our newest twentyfour12 recruit was promising. She will probably be our least whiny team member 😀

Muddy fat tyre duathlon today, I did a relay and roped in a proper MTB racer. We were 4th overall !!

Specialized demo day on the Chase today and an opportunity to ride with Hannah Barnes. So I did. Twice :-). She's a genuinely lovely person as well as a great MTBer, of course. Nice to get out riding with lots of like-minded women :-)
