It's the rubber that's the important thing. I always used old Inov8s when I rode flats because the rubber is also sticky.

Some drop bar dirty goodness for me this evening. Well, frozen mud and tarmac in reality.

Some people don't like 5.10 as they find them too sticky and ride in other shoes.

-4 degrees here and we still went out. We took extra care - especially on boardwalks and rocks but three of us went out and all three came back safe and sound :-)

CX Nats course is laid out. Currently raining on site. Will be a shit fest with the finest West Yorkshire mud clogging everything up.
