Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The Jogger
I have gone to pot, literally. Pot belly and the rest, I need to get started fasting again, so I'm going to start with the , Every Other Day Diet by fasting every other day, I hope.

Not sure I'd manage every other day - I get too excited about eating normally again! Fast day today and Sunday (I know it's Easter, but I'm on shift, which means I'll probably be driving all over the place - hopefully everyone will be too busy stuffing their faces to be calling about random animals!)

Lol bigleggy I know what you mean ;-)

2nd fast day for me today. I now reached the weight I wanted to be and have a BMI of 23.5 which I'm happy with, but I'm going to carry on with the fasting for the health benefits. I might cut it down to once a week though and see how it goes :-)

:-) Well done Jaks - once a week sounds good.

No weight loss to report this week - but no gain either :-)

1lb off for me this week , so I'm happy with that , slow but steady in the right direction , should mean my weight will start with the number I want it too for Paris next weekend , although carb loading and last week of taper means I'm going to sensible and not 5:2 next week but will be back on it the week after I've recovered from the marathon :-)

Well done Gromit, enjoy Paris :-)
Another 1/2 off this week, have decided to do a 2 day fast next week mainly due to all the chocolate, birthday cake and alcohol I will consume this weekend ;-)

jaks - I'm now on one day a week fasting, and I find it keeps my weight pretty constant even though I eat very well on the other days! Have been away for a few days and have been eating a drinking differently, though, so may need to put an extra day in next week.

It's good to hear that your weight stays constant Schnecke on 1 day a week fasting. Did a 2 day fast and was very surprised to find I lost another 1/2. I ate loads over the weekend and after a large roast chicken dinner followed by rice pudding with Battenburg cake I was really looking forward to my fast on Mon. :-)
Fasted yesterday and made roast chicken with roasted veggies to take to work in the evening but forgot to take the bag with it in lol I didn't realise until I got to work, luckily I found £2 in the car so went to WH Smith and ended up with a tin of Big Soup instead, it was awful but I still ate it. Chicken and veggies for dinner then today :-)
