Another 1lb off 4.5lb to go. BMI now 24.0 so looking forward to a BMI of 23.something next week.

Gromit, I'm actually going more regular since I started the 5:2, I think its because I am consciously drinking more fluids especially on fast days. I work 12hr shifts at the moment and was finding it difficult to get a drink between my 2 breaks so I'm constantly dehydrated. I've now got an app on my phone which buzzes me every two hours and I make myself stop and get a drink.

Start a new shift pattern (8hr twilight ) from the end of the month so hopefully I won't be so so darn tired, will be able to exercise regularly and keep up the fluid intake.

Next fast day was meant to be Sunday, but unexpectedly was offered to cover day shift today - planned to leave the van at work when I was done & run the 10+ miles back, but after a full day on the go, not eating (apart from breakfast) and not peeing the whole day, I decided today would be fast day instead (have ended up on 600 calories, but will have to do for this week!)

Another 2lbs off since I last weighed myself at the gym, another inch off waist and half inch off hips - very pleased :) Fast days this week on Monday (very tired after 3 busy back shifts as well), and Saturday - marshalling at D33, so will be out all day, and I will NOT eat any of the runners' gummy bears!

How's everyone getting on? I'm going to try to eat more on my normal days - have been finding I'm feeling absolutely exhausted some days, so have altered myfitnesspal goals to accommodate, especially if I'm building up mileage, and will soon be moving to a new shift pattern/role at work

On a fast day today as I'm off work, might do a double and fast tomorrow as well but I'll see how I feel in the morning. I stayed the same last week but it was expected as I did over indulge on a few days.

I'm starting a new shift pattern on the 29/3 as well going from 3-4 12hr shifts to 4 x 7.5 shifts working from 4pm - midnight. I'm hoping I will be less tired and my running mojo might come back properly which should help shift these last couple of pounds :-).

Well I managed another fast day yesterday which felt quite easy. Weigh in this morning 2lb off :-) It feels so good to be able to feel comfy in all my clothes. Really need to tone up now though. :-)
How is everyone else doing/feeling?

Nice one Jaks! Well done :)

1.5lbs off this week which is massive for me, I've been losing fractions of lbs lately. Now 9st 9.5lbs, 28.5lbs lost in total and 2.5lbs away from what I wanted to be for my wedding in 44 days!

yey another 2lb off but that is after a week holiday when I didn't fast but I did "feast" most days ;-) now only 2 lb away from my weight starting with the number I've been dreaming of and that also means I've lost 12lb since I started the 5:2 just a couple of months ago so very happy :-)
Well done everyone else !!
