I won't be going fast, on account of having a half marathon the next day, having been ill, and not being in any way a fast runner at any point ever anyway. I will run-walk probably. So will Mr Carp who doesn't do distance at all and has no idea what he's in for

I'd be equally tempted by a book shop. I can spend 'some time' in Foyles for example and generally exit with a large bagful of goodies.

Looks like @CurlyWurlyGirlie and I will be along for at least some of the run (and the pub)! Need to work out when we’ll be able to get there as need to do parkrun first (it’s our first event with the new name) so won’t be able to get to the 11am start. But I’m sure we can work out a suitable alternative (possibly Vauxhall Bridge)

According to the route map, it looks like its just 4 miles from the 10am start near tower bridge to 11am start at the National Theatre. That's perfect. I'm definitely on for joining up with everyone there

I am absolutely expecting and planning and wanting to start at the 10 o’clock start and then meet up with the 11 o’clock starters as I’m planning on doing some miles and chatting with Linds and also Mrs Winkle. Please wait for me!
