Caught a train from Charing Cross which had usefully been delayed by a few minutes which just gave me enough time to nip on board. It was nice and cool and empty. Bus back from Tonbridge and I was home in 2 hours, almost to the minute.

What a great day that was, as always 😊. I think we were very sensible given the heat. Lovely to see everyone even if we didn’t all get the chance to chat properly - the drawback of a bigger group.

Don't know how anyone else felt but got home probably about 6.45 laid in bed not long up was nice seeing everyone and thanks for the company on our walk alpenrose and Garfield
