Yup. Me too. We are bending over backwards trying to help and reassure but I really feel like we also deserve some flexibility and we are not getting any. Grrrr.

Gg - the university I work at has granted a blanket extension for all students and removed the need for medical evidence for EEC applications.

My university hasn't made any adjustments to deadlines, their only change for me is the written exam is now online from home. So that's a dissertation to complete, two pieces of coursework and an exam to do during lockdown. I'm already struggling to be productive at home compared to at University, I already miss the library a lot...

Going to be hard getting my dissertation done. I rely on books and the library computers. I'm not good at ebooks and the home laptop is shared. The books I need are at uni in a locker because I can't carry them all back and forth on my bike. They're stuck there now. I realise that's a good old first world problem.

That's not good mattglen.
Difficult Carp - we had to close our library very quickly when the situation changed so I expect a lot of our students will be in a similar position. Can you print the bits you need from the ebooks?

Carp: surely your degree takes priority on the laptop? Also there are lots of ebooks available online via uni libraries so check those out Productivity at home: headphones and focus music and work in 25 minute tomatoes (I use an online timer). Got me through my PhD!!
