Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Our Y6 teachers already have that information, DG, so it shouldn't be onerous to share it with secondary schools imo. It will actually be more accurate in some cases - eg the child who scores 110 but has been nearer 100 all through KS2 but fluke the test and vice versa, the consistent 115+ pupil who for some reason only gets 104 on the test, probably due to trying too hard and thinking the questions are more complex than they actually are. We've had a few of those over the last few years, especially the latter.

DeeGee, a lot of the secondaries our Yr 6s will be going to have been emailing the school to ask for just that info. It's similar to the sort of thing we'd usually provide in their transition books anyway, so isn't a problem.

100% agree. Iā€™d love to be back- my class are great but, as someone with hypertension and an asthmatic at home, Iā€™m terrified.

There are enough educators on here that I thought it might be nice to have somewhere supportive to rant and problem solve.
