lyrics no. Oh that's a shame Rigsy. Beautiful mild sunny day here but the wind for our 8am run was stronger than yesterday. Nevertheless a good though challenging 3 piers run (Scapa and 2 Kirkwall piers). Out for friends birthday meal this evening. Wonder how Lin50 got on. |

aaarrrrgggghhhh sorry to hear riggys, rest up and on to the next work Hazel - decent long run despite the headache RFJ - happy birthdays to the kiddies What - 10 miles over the swamps, waist deep water in places , lots of localized flooding and watched a tree falls over why - XC cancelled so getting my mud fix last rest - 15/11 last hard - that was after yesterday's hill session lyric - I think so |
