FF - Miser is the one to know Hotels in Bath, i think?
Interesting on regular running pace, slowing mine right down, after recently had a track session with a top coach who suggested it. Lower speed, high mileage is my plan, we shall see if it works in March, for Bath Half.

Also slowing things down here aswell - pretty much following the principles of Hadd base phase...
I've been building the miles recently but not too much and topped out at 60m before a cutback week. Did 12m with 10@ subLT today (81%mhr) and avg'd 7.21mm for the 10m with no real hr drift so happy enough at that.
The run itself felt really easy so speed isn't an issue at the moment, it's my endurance that i'll need to build on over the coming months. Hoping to hit a local half in March for my first sub80 attempt of the year!!
Anyone got a half planned before the end of the year as the header looks pretty blank if you take away the recent halfs??

how often were your easy days Gobi? Are they your regular 'every day' type runs?

they were the regular every day type runs so I was "fresh" for the sessions. At peak I did 3/4 hard sessions a week running 7 days a week with a rest day (often still had one run in it) every 3rd week

Already getting into the winter training.
Must say, I look at my 1600 miles (or so) and it is very low compared with other going for a sub 80. Is my first year of consistant running, so learning, but hoping Nov/Dec/Jan 200 plus miles will help for a sub 80 in March. Going to start some speed work in jan, until then miles and miles.
Good plan or should I be going to track one a week aswell?
