And so I return to this thread in hope to see 44:59 (or less) at some point in the very near future. 47:27 is where I’m currently at.
Running Conwy half at the weekend, probably my next 10K will be January or February.

Velociraptor
Stumbles in from no-man's-land of "sub-50 on a flat road on a good day" and administers gentle CPR.

Anyone around?

One day I'll get back to sub-45. For now, I'd be very happy with a solid sub-50.

I'd like to be able to pitch for sub-45 in the foreseeable future. Managed 47:01 in January and 47:30 in June, but I'm some way off that now.

Right now I'd be happy to run 45m in 10 minutes, let alone 10k in 45 minutes! I'm getting there though. I'll be back.
