Awsome time samson!
Wow they are good times Gobi!
It went well thanks....I won the race! I've never won a race before (I wrote a blog about it) but basically there wasn't much competition I managed win by pushing the pace from the lead pack after 3 miles.
I got a new PB too (it was hilly, very muddy (off road) in places and windy) but still managed 37.45 - I reckon should be about a minute quicker on a fast course.

Heres another thing as well, which shows how much of a difference finishing my degree (on Wednesday) has made to my stress etc. Last week I did the Midland road relays (about as hilly as today and with less mud), but when I look at my splits for both, the first 3 miles today were quicker than last weeks 3 mile race!
Midland 3 miles: 6.13, 5.58, 5.45 10k first 3 miles: 5.48, 6.05 (muddy), 5.55
