I do, FaFF, an exciting new thing in a new city involving all manner of newness. Monday morning I going to meet my new team and look at a little studio apartment, but don't know when I'll actually start yet.

OK, I have a new ‘start’ but it won’t actually happen in September - I want to get the hall, living room, upstairs landing and bathroom painted. I have identified a likely looking time slot (in November), I have booked the dog a holiday (his input is NOT required), I have enough A/L left to take and I have saved up the monies to do it...I just need to find and book a decorator (planning to do some of it myself but I can’t reach to do all of it), choose the colours and buy the stuff. It’s that ‘starting finishing things’ again...

I use mybuilder.com when I don’t have any recommendations, Maz. I fact I have a draft post to put on there when I get the strength.

Velociraptor
The nights are drawing in and I've told myself I can start knitting another jumper, but not before I've finished the hat that's been on my needles for months. I've made good progress on the hat in the last 24 hours.
Managed five days of my Stop Something, with which I'm pleased.

Moved/removed the plants that are not staying in the redesigned bed, Jigs dug out the Acer that died off this year and dug over the bed, pleased with the progress today.

Oh good grief I haven't done anything useful today - half an hour's tidying before tea I think! Day six.
