I got a shot day
Turbo at lunch to top up endorphin level to help me get through the afternoon

Not an exciting idea (sorry!) but yes - related to your first question.

I wondered if any of you would be up for October: onwards! To half term and beyond ?

The emphasis would be on DOING again. Keeping up with stuff we want to do, things that make us happy. It's not exactly goal based although that might come into it. No badges, no prizes - just (with a bit of luck) some sort of satisfaction and a good feeling about oneself.

I thought of 'Halloween and beyond' as that's more end of the month. But Halloween has far too much emphasis already in my humble.

Could be 'half TIME and beyond', then everyone has heir own interpretation of that?
