I need a focus. Things are going to shit (shakes tiny fist at coronavirus). I think I need a goal and people to cheer me on or kick my arse as required.

Don't despair, hp. 'Your' life is not going to shit... because you've already taken big steps to ensure that doesn't happen.

How about a mission to keep up with the new contacts you've made, perhaps to make another one or two (somehow - and online can count if it involves meaningful* communication)

Have you continued with the Jennis app?

*sorry about use of meaningful - meaningful can encompass silly if you want it to!

What do you LIKE doing that you aren't doing or not doing enough of?

Painful. My legs are still sore from Tuesday :-O I enjoyed the cobbled climb up out of Keighley but running down to the Globe was murder ;-)

Tuesday was basically race pace for me. Tonight was much steadier. I’m not sure why I never went to training before. I have a lot of friends who run with club

All cool then!
As you've probably guessed I love 'group' sessions. I REALLY like my own company ... but it is fun training/running/whatevering with other people you like.
