Yum. Do you put kidney beans in it Stuart? If so tinned?
I'll be reheating the spaghetti bolognese OH slow cooked on Monday to save time, much prefer his homemade to a jar and it is healthier too! By time pasta is cooked we'll be good to go 😀

Aye, all the beans are tinned - lazy on the one hand, much more likely to make something reasonably healthy on the other!

Eb, I think of tinned beans in the slow cooker a bit like when you melt chocolate slowly. You know when it looks exactly like a bar of it but if you touch it it just oozes away from your touch? Tinned beans do that. If you are careful with them they stay whole but give it a stir and no-one in the family will realise why they have a lovely thick sauce.
And EP, stick it in the crockpot. Easier and cheaper.
