I think my favourite thing to cook is a whole chicken and I'm always shocked at the amount of liquid that comes off it. We usually get a dinner out of it, then I use leftover veg or add a cauliflower or chick peas or something to make a curry and add what's left of the chicken. I love this thread! It's reignited my enthusiasm for using my slow cooker

EvilPixie Jan 2018 1:16pm, 6 Jan 2018 12,488 posts	0 EvilPixie mine currently has games stew in and will have gammon tomorrow I feel some chicken thing next week mine wasn't used much as it's large so tucked into the back of a cupboard therefore forgotten (along with the mandolin) will be nice to come home to hot food if I get this new job and cycle commute most days
