the booklet from GG has a recipe like that in it
let us know how it goes - I don't like butter so have never tried butter chicken as head says it will taste of nothing but butter! LOL

butter chicken really doesnt taste buttery EP, it is delicious though (not tried the slow cooker recipe)

Thank you so much for the booklet, GG! I actually looked at it a while ago, but never got round to actually getting it - reckon we'll definitely use some of these recipes, and maybe get some of his other books. He's also offering a download of 10 high protein recipes free at the moment - just watched the video for mexican lasagne on his website, and looked good!

Butcher said to me he prefers his meat cooked this way then slaps it in the oven fur 30 mins to crisp up.

Well stew smells nice - used about 2 mugs of gravy and have loads of it. Have taken some out to thicken as that’s the one downside
