I've got some diced chicken and I'm going shopping, recommend me a recipe please! Creamy or curry, I've had lots of tomato this week 😀

Slow cooker fudge. 1 tin condensed milk, 300g good quality cooking chocolate and one teaspoon vanilla essence. Melt all in slow cooker. Leave lid off. Stir every 15 min or so. After about 2 hours the consistency slightly different, almost crusting on the top and gooey underneath , tip into a tin (lined with cling film or greaseproof paper or foil) leave to cool slightly then chill in the fridge.a colleague made it with the addition of a teaspoon and half of orange essence. Another colleague added raisins and chopped nuts stirred through at the end and drizzled white choc after it had all chilled. I'm going to make some as Xmas gifts. Saw in three ingredients cookbook a Oreo version. Use condensed milk and 400h white chocolate. Crumble Oreo biscuit into the tin, then pour melted chocolate mix, top with more crumbled Oreo pieces, slightly push into the surface. Chil as before and slice up.
