So tomorrows dish for me...(am switch on) 1 large spud, peeled and diced, 1 large leek sliced, WHOLE bag of baby spinach, 2 veg stock oxo cubes, water and an overdose of pepper. Served with 2 crusty rolls from the bakery.

Put some white wine, water and a stock cube in and turned it on auto at 7am. Scoffed at 6pm (and again when son came in at 7pm) with what was left of the bread.
