Honestly Helegant I nearly died! I was MUCH slower running home than I had been running there

Evening all, how are you? I ran five miles tonight, ran the first two and a half miles out then on the way back I did do some walking. I think I've gained some weight this past month, I don't feel good on it either so it's time to cut out the crap, it's not doing me any good! pig

Evening L10, well done on 5 miles.
I am on holiday this week so ran 4 miles yesterday and 4 miles today before breakfast so felt good about them. Today has been a busy day in the garden with lots of painting done and lots more still to do but tomorrow we are going out for the day.

I need to MM, the last four weeks I haven't run that much and have eaten too much, think I have gained a few unwanted pounds! Also eating crap food seems to aggravate my Endo or it often seems that way. Time to re-focus on healthier food choices and crack on with the marathon training as I am a long way off getting 26.2 miles done despite having done just that only last month.

LG glad you have a day out planned for tomorrow, hopefully somewhere nice and fingers crossed for good weather. :-)

Did my 45minutes of slow running this morning. tas1 say my next run is due on Saturday, so another 2 day gap. Which puts me on track for another parkrun.

Fragile Do Not Bend
8 hilly miles last night with one of my groups, first run in ages it wasn't muggy, it was lovely to be able to run and breathe properly again!

Nice running everyone. I am supposed ot be going back to club tonight but keeping finding excuses in my head to not go. I just need to man up and do it.

5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge
