Fragile Do Not Bend
I dreamt last night I had got out for a nice cool evening jog. I was very disappointed when I woke up.

Hey everyone, how we all doing? I'm still shuffling away at my First Steps group and the 5k finale is creeping ever closer. I've run 2.25 miles this week so have 3 weeks to find the other 0.85 miles from somewhere!!!

*waves*
I'm struggling to get anywhere near the miles I need in at the moment - work/family stuff, nothing drastic, just general busy-ness. When I do manage to get out I spend half the time wondering what the hell I think I'm doing by contemplating the Thames Path 100k as being achievable. It's getting closer than I'd like for where I'm at . . . .

Other than that all is well in my world, which is a lucky position to be in eh?

Wombling Plodder (Welsh Womble)
struggling to get my womble butt moving, tiredness and migraines be gone. Back out at parkrun on Saturday and then to commence womble diet, as my food intake is not helping the cr*ppy feeling or waist line. One step at a time.

Keep on keeping on and well done Kwala :-)

In my experience Wom any wagon is much easier to fall off than to climb on to, but once you're there the view is better!
