Went back to club tonight as i too need to get ready for marathon training. 4 miles run but was a slow group and had to keep waiting for them and i am not a fast runner. Was good to be out though

Nut, where are you off to next week? I bet it's somewhere exotic again.

I got out, did my 4 and managed to clear my bugs. Bonus was that it didn't rain even though it was quite dark.

Well done ar. I should be going to Walking for Health group in the morning if my friend is back from his parents in time, if not I'm going to do a bug clearing bike ride. And then I'm aiming for a 2.5 mile run in the evening.

Didn't make it out on the bike but I did do my run this evening. I was aiming to do 2.5m continuous running within 45 minutes, but I didn't make it. Instead I did 2.75 miles in 48:20!!!!

I never thought I would get back running again and now I am less than 1/2 mile from a parkrun, one very happy kwala tonight :-) :-)

Mm well done

Alpen not this hol, Lisbon to a music festival for a few days then Porto by train to relax by the pool for a week ish. Exotic will be November currently in the running is India but not the usual tourist haunts, blame great canal journeys for that addition!! Chile possibly with Argentina and also being considered is laos and a bit of Thailand tag on. Well done on getting out and no rain

I'm off to parkrun in the morning here's hoping for no rain

5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge
