kwala, well done, better a slow r/w than nothing.

I got out for a long one, just shy of 9 miles. I walked more than what I'd have liked but it was a lovely morning. I was surprised at how many runners were out and unusually seemed quite friendly too. :)

Am grumpy so may just go for a run. Its still very warm here and there is a bug at thr bottom of the evil hill that needs clearing. Thats gping to hurt - or i could just ignore it today and run the other way 😂

3 hot miles, walked up the hill in the middle but I think average 12 min pace. Second shower of the day too, that was lovely! Time for some food I think though I'm not that hungry in hot weather, and I may have a cider with it :-)

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
