Well done kwala! :)

Nut, that sounds like a good trip. I've recorded that canal thing but not watched it yet. I went to India a few years ago and loved it. I'd like to go to Kerala one day and always dreamt of going to Simla too, which I think is now in Pakistan. I went to Laos once, it was very interesting. We were centred on Vientianne and went out to other areas for a couple of nights each.

I had an idea that I'd go out again this evening but then got a dose of the cbas. Quite a good month but I need to run 70 miles a month for the rest of the year to hit my target. Hopefully, if I can keep up the 10 milers that will make a big difference.

Happy running over the weekend everyone, it looks like it should stay dry for us. :)

Nutso Lazytoad!
Alpen we seem to catch one here and there as I'm not really sure when it's on. Ah that's good to know it would be our first venture to that part of the world, Kerala is on our list too it looks amazing. That would be our plan if we can make it fit and work with another destination. So much of the world to see in 2 week chunks lol.

Great running Kwala! Evening all, low mileage month for me and I'm not looking at my log to see just how low because tomorrow is a new month and it starts on a Saturday so I should get off to a good start with two days of running! No excuses!

Afternoon SAPs! Blimey it's a hot one! I ran two miles yesterday in the heat of the afternoon, daft idea but the rest of the day was so busy, nevertheless I got a run in. Today it's is hotter, no run yet but I plan to go out when it cools down a bit. Mr Lemon has created a seating area in the garden with a couple of folding chairs and a brolly we have with no base (it's wedged into a couple of handy big shrubs and is doing a grand job). We have also utilised a beer crate as a footstool / table. I may be able to post a picture of me enjoying this, bear with me...

No heat wav here :-) great picture BTW.
We have been in the garden all weekend, firstly finishing the decking area then clearing another area ready for some chuckies (don't know if the english call them chuckies) before doing something with another area currently used as the dumping ground for old fence, stones that heve been dug up etc.

Never mind a week of work then holidays although we are not going away :-(

Love the pic L10.

No idea what chuckies are LG!!

A slow(er than usual) R/W for me this morning, easing my buddy back into it after she missed a few sessions due to a bad back. Very warm here - no clouds and no breeze, nice for sitting in the garden, not so nice for running!
