Wombling Plodder (Welsh Womble)
Thanks Mulbs xx - I am looking forward to the view :-) I hate feeling like this :-( , remaining on the wagon is a lifestyle choice so I can't blame the weather and circumstances forever ;-)

You'll get there Wom, sometimes the road is bumpy and it's hard to stay on, but we can always climb back up there x

Fragile Do Not Bend
I've found that changing a mileage target for the year is enough to keep me motivated to run. That and getting new conquersize zones, part of why I love this site!

If you find out how to be motivated to eat healthily then let everyone know.

Everyone? That was meant to say me. How the hell did autocorrect change me to everyone? Probably appropriate though.

lol Frag ;-) at the moment it is my sore waistline (as my trousers are too tight) and the awful reflux which I haven't had for a couple of years - my oesophagus is crying out for a bit of TLC, but will share away if I find the magic answer ;-)

Nutso, you have had a busy few weeks, rest up and enjoy your holiday and then you can roar like a lioness :-)

Aternoon folks, sounds like we are all the same for moment :-( trying so hard to make good food choices to fit into my outfit in 9 weeks time (yikes is that all :-O) but when I am at work all day ( colleague off sick )and not getting out for runs and circuits the same its hard.
On holiday the end of next week for a week and a half so if we are not away which is looking more likely I can get running in a morning at least.

Yup, another one who needs to climb back on the wagon - love the imagery, mulbs.

I've suffered with terrible heartburn for years, so have a small idea how bad you feel with the reflux, Wom. Mine would disappear if I stopped eating the wrong foods - I know exactly what triggers it.
I also know how much shifting some lard will help with the running - and just waiting for the eating side of things to "click into place" isn't working (surprisingly enough). Time for me to take control.

Frag, I'm using annual target as one of my motivations as well (sadly, I love playing around with stats and graphs etc) - I've been setting mine at 1 mile above my previous best annual mileage and when I reach it I move it up to the next best one. I'm about 2.5 miles away from bumping it up again so that will be at the weekend I expect :-)
