Hope we are all well, it's quite in her are the mo

Alpen sounds like you have a plan forming

Stew hope the achilkes has settled down?

Tonight I had an instructor lead session at a climbing wall, it was awesome! I can go round corners and do inclines and floor starts!! I loved it totally loved it, was better than I expected weights paying off and I made it 18 metres up the 21 metre wall!

You are brave Nutso, I tried a combing wall once and hated it! I ran three easy miles today, first run since marathon last weekend. I might do about 6 or 8 tomorrow and its four weeks to Windermere so another long run is needed next weekend. Hope all are well!

Stew, take care of that achilles, give it extra rest now rather than buggering it up completely and being out of action for months.
Nut, I've seen the climbing walls in St Anton and know that I wouldn't like it as I don't like heights. :) It's a great place to eat, though, as the tables overlook the walls. I hope you can find the time to get into it.

Lem, that was the wrong kind of wall, try the other kind next time. ;-) I hope your legs are okay now. I popped my blister accidentally the other week but it was instant relief. Just don't remove the skin.

Nut, no plan but I've started doing the Joker project. The paces are really, really slow but I'm not starting again now I've started. ;-)

It's the SAP 5 tomorrow. I'll be spending the day on the sofa watching other people running. ;-) It's our club bluebell run on Monday which was over 5 miles last year so I'll be using that.

Nutso Lazytoad!
L10 haha you know me bonkers! Enjoy your run today

Alpen the friend I went with doesn't but she wanted to try and conquer it, she did so well going from being frightened at 1mtr up to get up 10 by the end.

Off for a run and swim shortly, with a slightly thick head after too much wine yesterday!

Well Nutso we will let you off a little tipple last night! Now watching some VLM coverage, we are only now going to do a short run so we can watch some more of it. One year I hope they will let me run it! London looks amazing as always, I'm such a country hick really but I do love London!

Evening folks,
Hope you have all been awesome as usual.

I had a bit of busy weekend with the wee man but got 3 miles before he arrived yesterday and did 5 tonight because my FB was full of awesome running posts.
I was only going to do 3 but remembered it was 5 mile race weekend so did it instead.
Tomorrow I have an appointment with my chiropodist as I feel my orthotics needs replacing so that will be more money :-O

Have a great week SAPpers :-)

Well done LG. I saw my podiatrist a few weeks ago to check out my innards and he thought they'd be fine for at least another year. He sticks adjustments onto my trainer inners for £25.00 as the specially ordered ones apparently come in at about £200.00!
