Well done Frag, wear your badge with pride - my highest was 50 back in 2012 so something to aim for in 2017.

Good luck DQ - focus on the bling.

So my challenge is to try and get a PB for my 50th parkrun (17/12) so watch this space. I should have done my intervals this morning but yesterday's 14 hour day wiped me out so that is saved for tomorrow - followed by circuits and a weigh in #GettingSerious

Just back from doing a pile of Christmas shopping. Got nearly everything, last few bits should be easy enough. No runs yet from me this month but have a run planned tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it :-)

parkrun for me today on tired legs as did intervals yesterday followed up with circuits - pilates was interesting this afternoon!!!

3 days in and 10.44 miles done but having a rest tomorrow as we are all going to visit some reindeer. Was a glorious morning for running - short sleeves in December! Long may it last.

It was indeed a lovely day for running and next week *gingers crossed* is much the same so it would be good to get some miles in before it turns too icy

Just back from trip to the inter markets in Germany, 19 hrs on a coach is enough for anybody, left Villip just outside Bonn at 7am yesterday morning and got home just after half 12 this morning, knackered doesnt come close, I did get one run in though, all uphill in sub zero temp and only a couple of miles at that but it was one of utterly brilliant bright blue sky days, loved it :)

5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
