tea and cake anyone? My reporting tool has gone down so can't do any work. I'm devastated of course! ;)

Longest coach trip we did was from Aberdeen to the South of France for a camping holiday! The children were quite young but we're good travellers or we would never have even considered it.

I'm sure you will smash it too Womble :)

Wish the weather would make up its mind! Muffled up like Nanook of the North yesterday for a cold, wet and windy run and today in short sleeves as it was a balmy 12c!

Waves at mulbs 😊

Pt tonight first post hols and she didn't go easy!! I'm going to ache like a bitch tomorrow but I was banging 30k deadlifts and squats with ease 😊. Managed to tick another 1km off towards my target too.

Nice one Nutso, been considering rejoining my gym for a while but hopefully have a new job coming up soon which is going to affect quite a bit of my running so the gym might be a bit of a reach tbh

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

Mulb's Goals
1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
