Well done Frag, can't remember my last 75 miles month but at a guess I think January. Super effort medal

Log any more ten mile times if you have them, only two last time I looked and one of them was me *snail* Podium places up for grabs..!

I was hoping to do mine at some point this weekend as I have 4 days off but I see Saturday is supposed to be a nice day so I might try and do justice at parkrun first :-)

Timing of SAP races all to pot for me this month as I did the 10 mile race the week before so not really up to it again last weekend.

Well done Frag :)

I have signed up to a challenge to run 100 miles in December. It's a big ask but might just encourage me to get my moon oit the door as the bling is pretty special.

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

Mulb's Goals
1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
